B2 Thippanate Boutique & Budget Hotel, Chiang Mai

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Despite the decent shower and comfortable bed, the lack of cleanliness and poor location really brought it down. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're okay with a lot of walking and some discomfort.
